Mushroom Retro Return Policy:
Our commitment at Mushroomretro.com is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward return process through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the 30-day return warranty period. It’s important to note that returns for products without quality issues necessitate the buyer covering the associated freight costs.
To initiate the RMA process, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Obtain RMA Authorization
Send an email to [email protected] to request RMA authorization. Expect a response within 1-2 business days. Include in your RMA request the order number, SKU, reason for return, product images, preference for replacement or refund, and any additional concerns.
Step 2: Ship the Return Goods
Once RMA authorization is received, ship the return goods back to us. Ensure the item is in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and send it to the Mushroomretro.com customer service center address provided. We recommend using a tracking shipping method and providing us with the tracking number. Mushroomretro.com will not be liable for missing return shipments.
Step 3: Receive Replacement or Refund
Upon receipt of your return package, Mushroomretro.com will arrange for a replacement or refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive the funds after 5 business days, contact us at [email protected].
Return Shipping and Address:
Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees, and these fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to Mushroomretro.com’s error, such as receiving broken or incorrect items, please provide a photo, and we will waive the shipping fee.
We recommend confirming the actual return shipping fee with your local post office and utilizing the most cost-effective registered airmail method available.
Please note that all return or exchange applications must be approved in advance by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
Defective or unusable products can be returned within the valid warranty period (30 days). However, returns will not be accepted for the following:
– Items not purchased from Mushroomretro.com
– Items without a valid, readable serial number
– Products returned due to customer’s personal reasons
– Items lacking original packaging and accessories
– Physically damaged or broken items due to misuse, accident, or general wear and tear
Products not meeting return conditions will be returned at customer’s expense.
